FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE is a specially formulated asphalt/concrete release agent that prevents asphalt or concrete from sticking to truck beds and forms thus allowing the entire load to slide easily from the truck when the bed is tilted. The product can be used on truck beds, shovels, rubber rollers, steel drum
rollers, concrete forms, etc.
FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE is applied by use a pump-up sprayer to apply product to truck beds before loading, or to spray a saturating coat on equipment. When applying FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE the product spray is milky white to indicate coverage. Let the FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE dry completely before subjecting it to the asphalt or concrete. One coat will typically last for about 6 loads in a buggy before another application is needed.
FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE rinses with water and does not adversely affect the asphalt mix.
Mix Rates:
Product is concentrated and economical to use at the following rates determined by the job.
Mix 1 part FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE to 5 parts water for Super Pave or Novaship type asphalts.
Mix 1 part FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE to 20 parts water for City Pave or Non Polymeric Blends
Mix 1 part FORM RELEASE CONCENTRATE to 10 parts water for use on concrete.
DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT IN ITS CONCENTRATED FORM -- IT MUST BE DILUTED.
KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
