Maximum RPM Guidelines - The operating speed of a diamond blade affects cutting speed (productivity) and blade life (costs). The optimum speed, which delivers the most cost-efficient combination of cutting speed and blade life, is approximately 9,500 surface feet per minute (SFPM). Each blade diameter has a corresponding RPM that delivers optimum SFPM. Maximum safe RPMs are also shown.
Depth Guidelines - Use the Maximum Blade Cutting Depth Chart to determine the maximum cutting depth of a given diamond blade used on a various types of equipment.
