PCDs with a metal button or sacriﬁcial bars are less aggressive and are designed for thin coating removal.

PCD’s without a metal button or sacriﬁcial bars are very aggressive and designed for thick coating removal. They will leave a very coarse proﬁle on the concrete.

Wing PCD with whole bullet polycrystalline diamond and carbide wear button for stability and depth guide. Very aggressive in coating removal including epoxy and elastomeric coatings without gumming up. This PCD Provides long life and is great for larger jobs.
